How to Delete Your Account

In the Luna App:

1. Open Luna app
2. Tap your profile icon on the Home screen
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm deletion

Via Email Request:

Send an email to christian@hulelab.com, from your registered email address, with:

• Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
• Your registered email address

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your Luna account, we permanently remove all personal profile data, such as your name, email, and photo URL.

Data Anonymization Process

• All personal identifiers are immediately removed
• Data is anonymized within 24 hours
• Anonymous usage data is retained for service improvement and analytics
• No data can be traced back to your identity after anonymization

Timeline

• Immediate: Account access revoked
• 24 hours: Personal data anonymized
• 30 days: Complete deletion process finalized
